We have a team including partners, solicitors and trainee solicitors highly experienced in advising on property related disputes. We assist in resolving problems for landlords and investors in both residential property and commercial property and have acted in hundreds of claims in county courts across the country as well as in the High Court in London. We pride ourselves on being approachable and down to earth. Many of our team are landlords themselves and we always use our commercial acumen to advise in a pragmatic and practical way.
We pioneered the development and use of fixed fee services for landlords and are happy to back our own advice by offering no win no fee agreements wherever possible.
With our strength in depth we are able to offer fully transparent and inclusive fixed fees.
We have particular expertise in becoming involved where perhaps previous attempts to regain possession have stalled or have failed.
You can find further details of our services in relation to residential property here and commercial property here.
Mortgage rates have dramatically increased in the recent inflationary environment, which has resulted in a glut of mortgagee landlords and investors seeking to regain possession of their properties so that they can sell up and exit the rental market… If you are a landlord then you are eligible to access our free legal advice line. Other Tenant Problems
Landlord and tenant relationships can start well but then change over time. Some disputes can be more straightforward, so for example involve rent arrears claims or a need to regain possession. Sometimes the issues can be more complex or non-standard. We have advised landlords on situations where tenants have died and where pets have been allowed without consent having been provided. We have also acted for landlords whose tenants have disappeared, where ASTs have been lost or mislaid and where a tenant has unlawfully sublet a property without the landlord knowing anything about it.
All of the above issues, and more, can be resolved. We have an experienced team with real strength in depth able to assist with your query. Please call our office or fill out the form below to request a callback.
