Fiona qualified as a solicitor in April 2018, having completed her training contract with Helix Law, giving her over 8 years of experience of working in litigation. Fiona specialises in property disputes and employment law.
Fiona has extensive experience in residential possession, service charge and leasehold disputes as well as neighbour disputes and trespass. She has helped numerous landlords to regain possession of their properties and is able to set out the process clearly and advise on what steps to take depending on individual circumstances.
In employment law, Fiona has experience in assisting employers both large and small. She is able to assist with drafting employment documents including employment contracts, staff handbook, policies, GDPR privacy notices and settlement agreements. Fiona is experienced in advising on issues that arise in employment and aims to give practical advice that focuses on workable solutions to prevent disputes escalating. Fiona has recently successfully advised several companies on the process to follow on making redundancies.
