Background

Laura is an active member of the team, managing and pursuing complex property litigation cases from inception through to conclusion. She has extensive experience in a range of property related matters, including recovery of land/property, property investor disputes, boundary and trespass disputes, and urgent injunctions where required. Laura also assists in the management and development of fee earners in the Helix team, while maintaining contact with our nationwide network of referrer agents, investors and landlords.

Experience

Laura is a solicitor with over 15 years of litigation experience. She entered the legal profession completing a CILEX Graduate Qualification, before progressing to the LPC and qualifying as a solicitor in 2015. She was then made Partner at Helix Law Ltd in 2019. She specialises in property litigation, with additional experience in commercial litigation. She has in-depth experience in possession, service charge recovery, breach of covenant and commercial contract claims. Laura has experience successfully pursuing matters through the court and the First-tier Tribunal.
