Claim

Issuing a claim means to issue at court a written document demanding a remedy or confirming your assertion to a right or outcome. We often use claims in litigation to advance our clients’ commercial objectives. Claims can seek to achieve a variety of outcomes including court orders confirming that money should be paid, ownership of assets and property, that information must be given, that someone must or must not do something, or that something should happen. Claims result in Judgments which are then enforceable.
