Brendan previously worked in advertising and media, advising some of the world’s leading companies prior to commencing his legal career. He has previously led litigation teams within two firms in the South East and is an experienced commercial, chancery and property litigation solicitor. In this capacity Brendan has advised in a number of high value and complex disputes including in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
Brendan has acted successfully on behalf of (and against) banks, premier league football clubs, international rock bands and companies as well as helping a significant number of local businesses with their various legal issues. At the outset Brendan conducts a careful analysis of the particular problem before developing a clear and coherent case strategy focused on achieving the client’s goals.
