We look at your business and assess how much value we can add to it and how much time it will take us to give you the level of service we believe your business needs. If we can add value we will agree to act for a monthly fee which you can cancel at any time.

The cost depends on a number of factors including:

  • Industry sector
  • Number of employees
  • Size of contracts
  • Your management systems
  • Your potential

The monthly cost can vary quite widely but to give you some idea we have set out some hypothetical examples:

£100 per month
This is our minimum fee and designed for start-ups that we think have growth potential or for larger businesses experiencing short-term difficulties that we think can recover. In both cases we will invest our time in your future and our relationship.

£100 – £250 per month
For example an online retailer with 12 employees, a strong management team, one or two small claims per year and larger litigation once every three to four years.

£250 – £500 per month
Towards the top end of the range could be a manufacturer with 50 employees. The nature of its business requires significant HR support to deal with disciplinary and performance issues as well regular organisational changes caused by economic volatility and rapid changes in technology, plant and machinery.

£500 – £1000 per month
Construction firm with 100 employees. Helix acts and advises on contracting and procurement phases and is available to attend site meetings and final account meetings. The client tends to have significant litigation every 1-2 years.
