Sometimes litigation cannot be avoided.

There will be times when you can’t avoid bringing or defending a claim. If you need to bring small claims we will bring them under our monthly fee. For larger claims we will enter into an agreement whereby we will only get paid if you win – in that case your opponent pays those costs.
